Really good stay!
attentive service convenient location polite employees large parking
I appreciated the attentive service from tessa and dominique, who arranged balloons, a birthday letter, and champagne in the room for my boyfriend's birthday. the politeness of all employees stood out. Greetings and good mornings happened every day. the hotel's location is very convenient. It is near the center, close to beaches, and it offers large parking.
i found one minor issue, one day, the room cleaning occurred in the afternoon, then a maid knocked at 9 am on our check-out day to clean again, before we had left. signs indicating room cleaning preferences are needed.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They offered recommendations for the surrounding area. david from reception provided great assistance . the breakfast staff impressed me with their service.

the rooms were spacious and very clean, and each had a lovely private terrace. the provided cosmetics like gel, soap, and shampoo were of high quality. the bed was large and comfortable, which i enjoyed a lot!

lack of air conditioning unbearably hot
the staff was accommodating to a point i could use facilities after checkout, ok.
air conditioning was switched off, which i found out on arrival. they said it was off cause rooms get too cold. i had to use the ceiling fan, but when doors were closed, heating kicked in, leaving room too hot. i had to leave the door open all night.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was modern and comfortable with a large balcony. breakfast had many options. i liked the clean as new hotel, and i plan to return again. i also appreciated the free parking.
the air conditioning system worked either for cooling or for heating only. a central system controlled it.
